Professional Experience
Mr. Younger is experienced in mechanical and electrical design, drafting and field work. He has experience in CAD production, Field Record Drawings, Power, Lighting, Plumbing and HVAC systems including: domestic water, waste and vent, forced air systems, electrical power, lighting and communications systems. Mr. Younger has extensive experience in CAD production and supervision of production. From 1999 to 2003 he supervised CAD Drafters while employed with Envisioneering. Prior to this Mr. Younger provided design and drafting service for Westec Industries specializing in plant layout and design.

Representative projects
2004: Design and Drafting for Verizon Telephone Building . Work included Duct work systems and layout, Power, Lighting, Signaling design and generator installation.

2004: Roosevelt Middle School , Port Angeles School District . Design and Drafting of HVAC systems, power and lighting.

2004: Parking Lot Lighting design with point by point calculations for area light levels and light trespass.

1999-2003: Supervised the CAD conversion of drawing on Social Security Buildings throughout the United States . Specializing in production of the HVAC drawings and also providing supervision and oversight for the other disciplines. This work included Security Clearance for DOD and access to classified information.

2003: Layout and drafting for Steam system upgrade on Sherman Clay’s Seattle Store.

2004: Layout and drafting for HVAC, Plumbing on the New Sequim Transit Facility.

2004: Layout and drafting for HVAC and Electrical for New Data Center for Concord Technologies.
